Basically, it's a win-win for everyone — the customer gets items at a lower price, and the company sees a boost in sales.
The group purchase price is set by HQ itself, but it's designed to be lower than the individual buying price to attract more buyers.
Yes, HQ can change the prices of group buy at any time. However, group buy participants who paid the old price will not be charge extra/lesser to match the new price.
Yes, HQ holds complete authority over the selection of products available for group buying.
Once a group buy hits its target, it shuts down so no one else can join. If more people want to participate, they'll have to start a new group buy.
If your friends aren't enough to complete a group buy, anyone visiting the marketplace can join in. If the customer join/create group buy using an agent's link, the agent will get some of the commission on the sale.
If a group buy doesn't get enough people within 24 hours, the order will not proceed and payments will be refunded. But, the group buy is shared on our Go2Buy website to help get more people to join. Plus, those involved can keep sharing the group buy and extend the time to try and reach the target.
Transaction & Commission
Go2Buy makes the process of paying your agents simple. It automatically works out how much to pay your agents every month. Then, once it's done, the main office (HQ) can auto generate a Excel/CSV file that can be given to the bank, who will then go ahead and pay your agents. This way, it takes a lot of the work out of the hands of the HQ.
The mechanism and timeline for commission payments to agents depend on HQ own policies.
No, Go2 Buy does not take a commission percentage on the sales made on Go2Buy platform. However, there will be transaction fee charges for payment gateway.

Point Value (PV) is a numerical value assigned to a product. This value is used to calculate the commission percentage earned. It’s part of the compensation plan that HQ use to reward their agents. The more products an agent sells, the more points they accumulate.
If you are an agent with many downline, the more PV you have by selling more quantity, the more total commission rate percentage you can gain from the sales of your downline.
Customer Interaction & Support
The social sharing feature empowers agents to quickly share their product catalog not just on social media, but also on communication platforms like WhatsApp. When they make a sale through these shares, the agent earns a commission and points. Meanwhile, all the details of the order are sent straight to the main office for shipping.
Customers can login to their Go2Buy account and track the status of their group buy through real-time notifications provided by the Go2Buy platform.
The Marketplace is like a big shop on Go2Buy. It's where the public can see all the products from many different agents and any group buys that are happening. It's a place for customers to look around, join group buys, and buy products.
